Return & Refund Policy

• 7-Day Return Window: We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, Earrings and Customized/Personalized Jewellery cannot be returned.

• Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
